7. Do you possess at least one full year of professional experience at the next lower grade level (GS-11) directly related to the position being filled?
In addition to the experience above, are you able to demonstrate all of the following KSAs:
  • Skill in program management/administration of a wide range of rehabilitation program, including such areas as clinical specialties, finance and application of specialized practices for effective rehabilitation service delivery.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of a range of rehabilitation delivery systems for the development, implementation, management and growth of rehabilitation programs and services.
  • Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and to develop and implement solutions that result in sound operation of the major specialty treatment program, such as a CWT program.
  • Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to make clear, convincing presentations and reports, represent the agency and assigned program areas and explain recommended proposals to local and national leadership.
