Developing and/or implementing quality assurance plans to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the products and services provided to customers.

Conducting and/or reviewing spot checks for quality assurance.

Preparing designs in accordance with specifications.
16.
Assisting customers in the process of developing and selecting solutions.
17.
Working with partners or identifying the need to involve other experts in the process of identifying customer needs.

Planning and/or construction of irrigation and water conservation projects.
