Assessment 1
Specialized experience for the GS-14 grade level is one year of experience at the GS-13 grade level, or equivalent, which is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience in ALL of the following:
- Underwriting FHA single family mortgages; AND
- Communicating and developing or directing the development of new or revised credit policies, procedures, standards, guidance, or training for government-insured, guaranteed, or conventional single family home mortgage programs; AND
- Interpreting, implementing, and providing technical guidance and responses on HUD policies, regulations, and procedures governing single family home mortgage programs.
- Underwriting FHA single family mortgages; AND
- Communicating and developing or directing the development of new or revised credit policies, procedures, standards, guidance, or training for government-insured, guaranteed, or conventional single family home mortgage programs; AND
