Perform preventive inspections to small parts and sections of existing systems such as valves, backflow prevention devices, regulators and other plumbing system components.

Repair, install and unclog sinks, drains, toilets, faucets, showers, tubs, valves, lines, hot water heaters, and tanks.

Detect and repair leaks in water and wastewater systems (i.e. pressure mains, drain piping and residential plumbing).

Troubleshoot minor plumbing problems.

Assist in repairing exterior water distribution systems.

Perform minor repairs to propane and natural gas piping systems and appliances.
