Specialized experience for the OR-60 (GS-14) is described as one year of experience at the OR-53 (GS-13) level in Federal Service, or equivalent, which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes ALL of the following:
- Experience performing administrative, technical, communications, or project management work in order to plan and execute an organization's operations; AND
- Experience developing, implementing, and executing an internal and external public affairs and social media communications strategy; AND
