Preferences
Regarding the negotiable duty location: The physical worksite must be a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Office. In negotiating the duty location, the proposed BLM Office would need to agree to provide office space. The default duty location would be Billings, Montana, if an alternate location can't be coordinated.

Processing fluid minerals actions. Creating, editing, and modifying proposals regarding NEPA. Working with multiple disciplines in the interdisciplinary natural resource planning process. Identifying environmental problems and violations. Arranging and conducting field inspections of fluid minerals wells, etc.
