Apply available technologies and basic management principles to adapt computer methods to a variety of subject matter situations.

Provide support to subject matter users by developing or designing applications for computers and/or in selecting, or assisting in selecting computer equipment.

Establishes unique computer programming and Application Development solutions as assigned by a Project Manager or DTS Team Lead.
14.
Drafts technical documentation for software solutions which includes the software's detailed specifications, design documents, and test plans.
