To receive credit for experience, your resume MUST clearly indicate the nature of the duties and responsibilities for each position, starting and ending dates of employment (month/year), and the resume must reflect full and/or part-time or total number of hours worked (i.e., work 40+ hours a week, rather than indicating full-time). Assessment 1
Hiking and Backpacking skills (Selective Factor)

This position has a mandatory selective placement factor. In order to provide accurate information regarding trail conditions and assistance to the visitors and backcountry staff, you will be expected to perform wilderness patrols of up to 15 miles per day carrying packs weighing up to 40 pounds. You will be hiking over terrain that may be rugged and you will likely experience inclement weather conditions. From the description below, select the most appropriate response.
