To meet the education requirement for the position, applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work from a college or university that is fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Please note: A doctoral degree in social work may not be substituted for the master's degree in social work. Do you meet this requirement? Applicants must submit a copy of transcripts (unofficial is sufficient but must document degree was awarded).

Do you hold a CURRENT licensure or certification in a state at the advanced practice level and are you able to provide supervision for licensure? License cannot be expired.

Do you possess a minimum of 1 year of experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level? Experience must demonstrate possession of advanced practice skills and judgment, demonstrating progressively more professional competency. Candidate may have certification or other post-master's degree training from a nationally recognized professional organization or university that includes a defined curriculum/course of study and internship, or equivalent supervised professional experience.
