Interpret and apply the National Electric code, local codes, building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and uses trade formulas to calculate common properties.
14.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled adjusting, cleaning, repairing, replacing defective parts, and lubricating programs on all electrical equipment with related accessories
15.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on many types and sizes of electrically, electronically, and mechanically operated laboratory equipment.
16.
Utilize a wide variety of test equipment such as test meters, voltmeters, ammeters, watt meters and ohmmeters.
17.
Use hand tools of the electrical trade to perform more complicated work requiring knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics.
18.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, distribution circuits and controlling equipment to locate and correct the cause of outages and improper.
