I meet the basic requirement because:
At the GS-12 grade level, the work requires one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. Such experience must demonstrate a working knowledge of the theories, principles, and techniques of natural resource management related to performing, directing, or managing natural resource programs, including but not limited to wild horses and burro, rangeland management, and wildlife; experience assisting in the development of budget, procedures and guidance for planning and implementing all aspects of a natural resource program; experience managing communications and procurement actions; and experience tracking progress and quality of assigned projects.
