This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the civilian drug-testing program. As a mandatory requirement for employment in this TDP, the incumbent is to (a) refrain from the use of illegal drugs and (b) if required, submit to urinalysis testing. Evaluates and/reviews Congressional, GAO and Inspector General inquiries and prepares appropriate responses.

Reviews program and budget functions to identify areas requiring improvement.
19.
Reviews data for compliance with quality standards to meet organizational goals.
20.
Reviews materials and work products to ensure they are accurate, clear, and concise.
21.
Participates in special projects; initiatives and identifies the need for special projects and establishes milestones and goals.
22.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and external partners.
