Identify areas of impacted coastal vegetation and determine cause.
12.
Install, maintain and monitor efficacy of measures to stabilize and restore coastal plant communities.

Drive an off-road vehicle (4-wheel drive or all-terrain vehicle) in a seashore setting.

Use a GPS unit to record points in the field.

Use post-hole diggers and/or augers.
