3. Process payroll/benefit actions through a Payroll/Personnel automated system, ensuring proper payment to employees and maintain corresponding records. (limit characters)
4. Review forms for accuracy and compliance with regulations and Government-wide restrictions to the extent applicable. (limit characters)
5. Calculate and process Military Deposits and Service Calculation Dates(SCD). (limit characters)
6. Review and correct leave balance discrepancies. (limit characters)
7. Process administrative payments (student loan repayments, lump sum for a settlement agreement, etc.). (limit characters)
8. Coordinate actions with and between agency personnel and other HR Offices to ensure final processing of payroll and personnel record adjustments. (limit characters)
9. Provide answers for customer inquiries on various aspects of pay, leave, indebtedness, and entitlements for employees with a variety of different benefits and entitlements, and actions to resolve problems requiring different procedures and regulations based on the category and types of appointments, pay plans, and schedules. 10. Maintain case files for routine and non-routine actions. (limit characters)
11. Prepare a variety of correspondence, memoranda, letters, etc. (limit characters)
12. Assist with writing standard operating procedures for various payroll processes to ensure successful office operations. (limit characters)
