Coordinate regarding details of conceptual plans and specifications for rehabilitated and new construction projects for conformance with Federal, State, and local requirements.
Ability to oversee the conduct of remedial investigations/feasibility studies, or similar studies, to determine the nature and extent of contamination, to develop and evaluate remedial alternatives for cleaning up contamination, to develop cost estimates for cleaning up contamination, and to identify a preferred alternative.
