Assessment 1
To qualify at the CN-53 level, you must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the CN-52 level. (For qualification purposes, the CN-52 level is broadly equivalent to the GS-12 level.)  For this position specialized experience is defined as:
  • Designing enterprise level litigation support application using legal technology/eDiscovery platforms such as Clearwell, Relativity, Nexidia, Concordance, IPRO eCapture.; AND
  • Consulting and coordinating the collection, management, review, and processing and/or production of electronically stored information (ESI); AND 
  • Project management experience such as to manage, organize, analyze, evaluate, and coordinate a variety of activities throughout the project lifecycle; AND
  • Training end-users (Attorneys, Paralegals and litigation support staff) on e-discovery data management software databases.
