1. 2. Operates the Recreation.gov system to trouble shoot complex issues regarding reservations, cancelations or permitting problems.

3. Coordinates with other NPS staff to effect closures on Recreation.gov to campgrounds or tours and, create refunds for applicable situations.

4. Utilizes the messaging system in Recreation.gov to notify visitors of varying conditions or issues at facilities.

5. Orders, receives, or issues accountable stock. Creates new or maintains existing accountable stock logs and prepares non-serviceable stock for destruction through proper documentation.
