Supporting operations and delivery on major platforms (such as Office 365, Salesforce, Service Now, and other SaaS or PaaS products); AND
Collaborating with product owners to gather, interpret, and prioritize user requirements; AND
Presenting briefings (both oral and written) to various stakeholders, including technical, non-technical, and senior leadership; AND
Project Management Experience such as managing intake and prioritizing projects, developing roadmaps, and coordinating a variety of activities through the product or project lifecycle.
