2. Responds to a wide range of escalated telephonic, email, and written inquiries from various audiences. (limit characters)

4. Ensures proper tracking of inquires to ensure recordkeepers resolutions outcomes are accurate, complete, timely and responsive to issue raised. (limit characters)

7. Experience reviewing exception requests and appeal cases, gathering pertinent data and facts and presenting recommendations to senior management and maintaining precedented decisions for future use by the recordkeeper. (limit characters)
8. Experience and ability to escalate priority cases to recordkeeper for urgent attention and initiates root cause analysis. (limit characters)
9. Experience maintaining internal log of priority escalated cases to track and report recordkeeper resolution status and root cause analysis results to FRTIB stakeholders. (limit characters)
10. Prior experience obtaining required data from recordkeeper to run daily, periodic, and ad hoc reports and presentations on escalated cases using information from the recordkeeper case tracking system. (limit characters)
11. Assisting Congressional offices in analyzing, escalating, and monitoring escalated congressional and external affairs inquiries. (limit characters)
12. Ability to support program areas in providing ongoing service delivery for any recordkeeper services that are unable to be accomplished by the supporting contractor service. (limit characters)
13. Ability to assists program areas in monitoring program trends, analyzing contractor performance and recordkeeper data to assist in the overall operations of service delivery. (limit characters)
14. Experience preparing and presenting findings for COR review and evaluation as applicable. (limit characters)
