Experience and skill to successfully perform a Facilities Maintenance Worker, BB-4749-00, is the ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision to perform inspects, maintains, and makes minor repairs to buildings and grounds, performs maintenance of grounds, including roads, walks, and parking areas, and repairs, installs and adjusts various types of fencing, including painting, floor maintenance, plumbing repairs, and modifications, greasing and lubricating freight elevators, hoists, and bridge cranes, maintaining and repairing of alarm systems and roofing systems, and remodeling of existing facilities.
