Specialized experience for the GS-13 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent, that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:
- Inspecting, evaluating, analyzing, or knowledge of, classified information or controlled unclassified information programs, policies, or practices in order to determine compliance with legal requirements.
AND
- Providing and communicating information to organization on matters related to classified or controlled unclassified information programs.
AND
- Assisting in the analysis of results and providing recommendations to senior management.
