3. Apply NAGPRA regulations, procedures, and guidelines to coordinate compliance and develop strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure that NAGPRA provisions are effectively and timely carried out.

The park states that this undertaking is an approved activity under the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement calling for the streamlined application of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). This Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 was signed by State Historic Preservation Officers but was not signed by federally recognized Tribes.
