Qualifying specialized experience would typically include: 

Undertaking projects and initiatives that analyzed workload management. Prepare briefing reports for division management analyzing performance. Experience with data analytics applications such as, but not limited to, Tableau Desktop or Advanced Excel. Experience completing analytic exercises such as forecasting, predictive modeling, preparing technical reports utilized to provide business intelligence to organization. Experience with data related to VBA claims processing. Experience communicating (either orally or in writing) technical information to various levels of leadership. Such experience could be gained as Supervisor, Management/Project manager, or similar positions in the public or private sector.
