I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/ GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Provides technical advice and assistance throughout organization on administration, implementation, and oversight of the EEO program; 2) Plans, organizes, develops, and staffs proposals which provide for the development of effective Affirmative Employment Programs (AEP)and prompt and proper handling of sensitive and complex EEO complaints.; 3) Analyzes and identifies problem areas and provides advice and guidance; and, 4) Makes technical recommendations concerning cases that establish criteria for deciding future cases of the same type or change fundamental policies and practices of the command.
