1. Are you a currently employed as a Federal civilian employee with the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters in the Competitive Service (this does not include the following: CISA, TSA, CBP, USCIS, ICE, FEMA, U.S. Secret Service, or U.S. Coast Guard)?

2. 8. Experience conducting or managing investigations, frequently over an extended period of time, of alleged or suspected criminal violations of Federal, State and local laws related to the protection of critical government infrastructure and key resources. (limit characters)
9. Researches and investigates new methods, systems, procedures and equipment for overall law enforcement and security operation using the knowledge to lead and provide training to subordinate law enforement officers. (limit characters)
10. Experience maintaining continued liaison with senior agency heads and management officials of the Federal community as well as local law enforcement agencies to ensure assistance for emergencies. (limit characters)
11. Experience participating and assisting municipal, county, State, and Federal agencies in. developing operational solutions to highly complex issues/problems involving overlapping jurisdictional, and interpretation of local, State, and Federal law and the resulting coordination of law enforcement efforts within the district. 12. Manages the planning, analysis. and monitoring of the district budget and purchases. The District Commander determines the most cost-effective methods and measures to accomplish mission essential goals and staffing requirements. (limit characters)
13. Oversees and manages through others and the Area Commander: implementation of FPS policies, standards, procedures and methods, and their applications. Reviews and keeps current specific District security regulations, policies, and procedures. (limit characters)
14. Experience providing or directing protection of life, property and the rights of individual citizens; enforces and assures compliance with statutes, laws government facility rules and regulations, and protects the civil rights of all persons on property under the charge and control of the U.S. Government.
