In consultation with OGC, assist management in determining whether the requested accommodations post an undue hardship to agency. Coordinates with EEO offices, Office of Diversity and inclusion, Office of Information Technology, VA designated physicians , Computer/Electronic Accommodation Program or other resources to identify alternative  effective accommodation options. Ensures uniform application of administrative and operational policies and procedures for RA/WLB, coordination of all related responsibilities and resolution of problems encountered in daily operation.
