1. Are you currently a member of the Virginia Air National Guard, regardless of employment status (Traditional, Military technician or AGR) OR Are you not an active member of the Virginia Air National Guard but YOU ARE WILLING AND ELIGIBLE to immediately become an active Military Member of the Virginia Air National Guard?
