Perform routine daily forecast operations which include short-range forecast operations before and during high water and flood episodes.

Develop, maintain, and analyze hydrometeorological databases.

Analyze and gather hydro-meteorological data in order to prepare reports and presentations.

Utilize computer software applications to analyze and process hydrologic data.

Use state-of-the-art computer hardware and software capabilities and apply them to studies of hydrological events and problems, including application of computer modeling techniques.
