Eligibilities

Are you a Department of Defense (DoD) Air Force Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) employee separated by a business-based action within the last year? Do you have a Bachelors degree and 24 semester hours in business management course, CPCM, DAWIA II/III in contracting or other applicable professional certification and experience in the contracting field?

Are you an expert in various types of contracts, methods of contracting, and source selection factors lo plan appropriate strategies to contract complex requirements and conduct negotiations both pre-award and post-award?
12.
Do you have knowledge with the agency's EEO, security, health and safety programs?
13.
Have you ever held a Contracting Officer's warrant?
14.
Have you ever been the Contracting Officer for a complex Request for Proposal (RFQ)?
15.
Do you have experience leading, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the activities of subordinates ensuring the organization's goals and objectives are achieved?

Do you have cradle-to-grave procurement experience; meaning contract administration from project inception to close-out?
17.
Do you have experience with preparing and conducting employee performance reviews, employee coaching, and counseling?
