Assessment 1
To qualify at CN-72, you must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the CN-61/60 level in the Federal Service (the CN-61/60 level is equivalent to the GS-14 level). For this position, specialized experience is defined as:
- Overseeing the development, implementation, and coordination of the Examiner Commissioning Program (ECP) for Supervision Examiners, as well as periodic updates to reflect evolving examination responsibilities and practices; AND
- Overseeing the identification, development and implementation of non-ECP training to improve and update commissioned examiner skills and knowledge; AND
- Overseeing and ensuring application of systematic instructional systems design approaches for designing, developing and implementing Supervision training; AND
- Overseeing the Supervision administration of learning technologies such as the Treasury Learning Management System (TLMS) or similar system, Virtual Classroom Platform, and other assessment and tracking tools.
