1. To be qualified for this position at the GS-15 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:
  • Planning, directing, controlling, supervising, and modernizing the day-to-day IT operations; AND
  • Providing thorough and effective communication to end users and management; AND
  • Coordinating and collaborating with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and cross-directorate stakeholders in managing comprehensive IT and data activities and initiatives.
I am qualified at the GS-15 level, because I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level as described above.
