9. Evaluate the potential impact of proposed policies, such as new 0MB circulars or agency-specific guidelines, on the strategic direction and long-term sustainability of CHIPS Act programs (limit characters)
10. Analyze semiconductor industry market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical factors to identify potential risks and opportunities for CHIPS Act programs and recommend strategies for mitigation and adaptation (limit characters)
11. Evaluate the overall performance of recipients based on a comprehensive review of quarterly and annual performance reports, financial status reports, and other relevant data sources (limit characters)
12. Implement internal controls and risk management to ensure the integrity, accountability, and transparency of CHIPS Act grant and loan programs (limit characters)
13. Conduct root cause analyses on recipient requests for modifications to 3 CHIPS Act agreements and recommends appropriate courses of action to resolve issues and maintain program effectiveness (limit characters)
