I have Information Technology (IT) related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies: 1) Attention to detail: I am thorough when performing work and conscientious about attention to detail. 2) Customer Service: I work with clients and customers (that is, any individual who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including general public, individuals who work agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; know about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 3) Oral Communication: I express information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information; make clear and convincing oral presentations; list to others, attend to non-verbal cues, and respond appropriately. 4) Problem Solving: I identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations. My IT related experience is demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (IT certification). AND I have one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled including: Evaluating information technology services to formulate strategic plans to cover near and long term requirements to meet organization goals; Overseeing the organization's information technology resources to develop operational budgets and contracts; Developing and following up on new initiatives, policies and/or procedures to improve and modernize operations and services in the organization; Applying information technology policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of planning, management and technical services; Conducting research to identify new trends in information technology systems hardware/software; Ensuring cybersecurity practices are enforced and security certifications obtained for information technology systems.

B. I do not possess the experience and/or education described above.
