Have you successfully completed ALL of the the Primary NWCG Core Requirements of: Incident Commander Type 4 (ICT4), Helicopter Manager (HMGB), Helibase Manager trainee (HEBMt); and courses: S-215 (Fire Operations in the Wildland Urban Interface), S-219 (Firing Operations) (previously S-234 Ignition Operations), S-270 (Basic Air Operations), and Initial Action Incidents) and S-260 (Interagency Incident Business Management)?

I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service which includes the following: Assisting with directing the fire suppression efforts of a helicopter module; planning helicopter projects based on working knowledge of capabilities and limitations of rotary-wing assets; prepare and maintain flight invoices, manifests, and load calculations; conducting on-the-job training in helicopter operations and wildland fire.

B. I do not meet or possess the specialized experience as described above.
