This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health & ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position. 4. This position is subject to the provisions of the Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban commonly referred to as the Lautenberg Amendment. 5. This position requires Department of Defense (DoD), International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC), or the Fire Service Professional Qualifications System (PRO Board) professional certifications in accordance with the DoDM 6055.06 and position description.
For the GS-05 level, this position requires you to possess and maintain DoD, IFSAC, or PRO Board Firefighter I and II Certifications. For the GS-05 level do you possess and are you willing to maintain DoD, IFSAC, or PRO Board Firefighter I and II Certifications?
OR
For the GS-06 level, this position requires you to possess and maintain DoD, IFSAC, or PRO Board Firefighter I and II Certifications, a State or National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) License, Hazardous Material Operations Certification, and Telecommunicator I and II Certifications. For the GS-06 level, do you possess and are you willing to maintain Department of Defense, IFSAC, or Pro Board Firefighter I and II Certifications, Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) Certification from the State or national registry, Hazardous Material Operations Certification, and Telecommunicator I and II Certifications? 
OR For the GS-07 level, this position requires you to possess and maintain DoD, IFSAC, or PRO Board Firefighter I and II Certifications, Hazmat Technician Certification, and a State or National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) License. For the GS-07 level, do you possess and are you willing to maintain DoD, IFSAC, or PRO Board Firefighter I and II Certifications, Hazmat Technician Certification, and a State or National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) License?
