Demonstrated experience leading work with the Office of Management and Budget, House and Senate Appropriations Committees, U.S. department and agency budget offices, State, local, tribal and territorial partners, private sector, and other stakeholders to identify strategy priorities for programmatic investment, additional spending, reprogramming, etc.

Ability to communicate the results of analyses and making presentations and recommendations to officials in the federal government and/or the private sector orally or in writing.
12.
Demonstrated versatility of mind and personal comfort in conducting diverse activities simultaneously and in responding rapidly and effectively to varying assignments, frequently under extreme time pressures.
