Analyze data and information related to outdoor recreation and natural resource planning and management.

Use Geographic Information System (GIS) and online mapping platforms to collect, evaluate, and present site information and planning concepts.
4.
Developed plans for community needs involving climate impact, and environmental compliance.
5.
Organize trail planning projects, developing concept and site plans for trails, community pathways, and multi-use access.
6.
Develop collaborative site plans for river/waterway access for enhanced recreation and natural area conservation.
7.
Conduct fieldwork to map, conduct resource analysis, document existing landscape features and associated facilities to be used in conceptual level design planning for outdoor recreation and conservation projects.
8.
Conduct plan site development and design with data analysis for a variety of stakeholders/audiences.
9.
Develop level site plans for parks, green spaces, trails, pathways, river / waterway access, and natural areas for outdoor recreation use.
10.
Develop strategies for engaging stakeholders and diverse community interests in conservation and outdoor recreation planning and projects.
11.
Coordinate a diverse array of agencies, groups, stakeholders, community members, and other interests to help advance conservation and or outdoor recreation projects.
12.
Conduct outreach and neighborhood planning activities with diverse communities.
13.
Facilitate public participation in planning initiatives.
14.
Make formal and informal presentations to small and large audiences.
15.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with public agencies, non profit and community organizations and other community interests.
16.
Facilitate and assist project partners and community stakeholders to reach consensus-based visions, goals, and plans to achieve outcomes.
17.
Mediate conflict between varying interests on controversial issues regarding planning of outdoor recreation and conservation projects.

Develop a work plan for collaborative planning projects including clarifying visions and roles, defining goals and tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and adapting plans to promote outcomes.
