Do you possess a valid driver's license?

This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed. Are you willing to serve a one year supervisory probation period, if not previously completed?

Do you possess as a minimum a Secret security clearance, and if selected for this position eligible to receive a Top Secret security clearance?

Are you aware that the duties and responsibilities of the position may significantly impact the environment and you are responsible to maintain awareness of environmental responsibilities as dictated by legal and regulatory requirements, your organization, and its changing mission?

Are you willing to occasionally work Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours to support operational requirements or contingencies or work hours outside of the normal duty day, if required?

This position requires a physical presence in the work center and is not a permanent remote/telework position. Telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances but is not guaranteed. If eligible, do you still want to be considered for this position?

Do you possess experience, education, or training in managing or directing, one or more programs, including appropriate supporting service organizations; supervisory, managerial, professional, or technical work experience and/or training which has provided knowledge of management principles, practices, methods and techniques; experience using computer and automation systems?

Do you possess at least 12 months experience equivalent to the next lower grade; specialized experience includes analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence; evaluating objectives and develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources; knowledge of the Wyoming National Guard and its mission and utilized the organizational staff procedures; and experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel, or substantive administrative support functions?
