Serves as an administrator for the  Conference Room Booking System, Accruent EMS; reviews and confirms room bookings; analyzes requests and triages service requests to appropriate teams (i.e, conference program or AV staff); resolves minor technical issues and recommends upgrades to CPAVS management. 3. Serves as a resource for room users who need assistance in making, changing, checking into, or managing reservations; replies to all service support requests and corresponds with requester as needed; manages the loaning and restocking of conference room materials (i.e., flipcharts, markers, easels); procures AV equipment and furniture; provides training material to room users on conference room technology (limit characters)
4. Works with CPAVS Management to ensure users adhere to agencies Conference Room Use Policy; routinely pulls space utilization reports as needed. (limit characters)
5. Receives orders for room configuration changes; coordinates work with building movers and CPAVS AV staff to ensure rooms are set up according to event specifications. (limit characters)
6. Serves as the point of contact for agencies catering vendor; regularly provides updates on upcoming conferences and catering requirements; facilitates the setup and breakdown of all scheduled conference catered functions. (limit characters)
7. Performs daily monitoring of conference rooms to ensure room, furniture and equipment are well maintained; coordinates with building management, Office of Facilities and Property Management Facilities Services Division to ensure conference rooms are in a clean and usable condition; coordinates with the NIST Equal Employment Opportunity and Accessibility Office to ensure reasonable accommodation requests and work have been addressed; coordinates with NIST's Office of Safety, Health, and Environment to identify and address safety concerns. 8. Serves as the main point of contact for the agencies conference and meeting requests; interprets all service inquiries and policy questions and offers answers and solutions. (limit characters)
9. Communicates conference directives and conference room use policies in plain language for internal audiences for web and for trainings; manages feedback tools, compiles responses, and reports results to CPAVS management. (limit characters)
10. Maintains the AV calendar, creates and modifies online registration sites, event pages, and badging for conferences and formal events. (limit characters)
