This would include defining what system interrelationships must be considered, or what operating mode, system software, and/or equipment configuration is most appropriate for a given project.In addition to the above you must have experience in the designing/developing software applications for multiple environments, including the web (Internet and/or Intranet) as well as experience with the presentation layer, business layer, and data layer, designing applications, establishing interfaces, and associated technologies sufficient to improve the application's site architecture; experience conducting software analysis; and programming, testing, and debugging programs or documentation. Experience working with customers to assess their requirements, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, identify and resolve technical problems, and make decisions and/or recommendations. Experience performing complex studies, analyzing alternatives, making recommendations, and advising management on proposed application changes. Experience with Enterprise Architecture, SDLC methodologies, and monitoring project budget and resources. Experience writing analytical documents & communicating with management.
