7. Develop and/or review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies for adequacy and compliance with regulatory guidance and prepare written reports and conduct briefing on trends and lessons learned. (limit characters)
8. Oversee comprehensive program management and natural resource analyses to improve efforts on State or Federally recognized Tribal lands. (limit characters)
9. Develop, assemble and analyze data, and design a systemic approach to conducting reviews, studies, and addressing deficiencies.

10. Establish priorities and areas of emphasis for State or Federally recognized Tribal lands. (limit characters)
11. Oversee the development of processes for defining long-term strategic Tribal objectives which support higher level strategic goals; integrate them in the programming and budgeting processes; and provide for continuous analysis, performance evaluation, and diagnosis to ensure progress toward these strategic objectives.

12. Responsible for negotiating partnership expectations, programs or contracts with, or on behalf of, Federally recognized Tribal nations, State recognized Tribes, Tribal producers and Tribal organizations. (limit characters)
13. Facilitate consultation and collaboration with Tribal leadership to solicit feedback on performance, outcomes, and recommendations for how quality and service can be improved. (limit characters)
14. Manage differing and conflicting technical and policy viewpoints from internal and external groups with regard to conservation planning and/or natural resource management. (limit characters)
15. Work with peers in other Federal departments, State or Federally recognized Tribal nations, or Tribal organizations to ensure consistent approaches and strategic objectives for Federally recognized Tribal lands due to co-management and jurisdiction. (limit characters)
16. Expert knowledge and mastery of scientific and/or Indigenous Knowledge principles, methods, theories, and concepts to serve as a recognized technical authority on creating solutions to emerging and innovative advancement in the field of natural resources as it relates to and impacts Federally of State recognized Tribal lands.
