3. Serve as expert on matters related to Native Arts and communities, including an understanding of the particular dynamics of tribal government.

4. Support the development and direction of grantmaking focused on tribal governments, Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and potentially service organizations and other nonprofit organizations focused on Native arts and culture.

5. Develop and manage relationships with Tribal Governments, Native and Indigenous communities, and Native artists.

6. Lead analysis and implementation of recommendations from Tribal Consultations.

7. Leads the implementation of priorities related to Native arts, culture, and education.

8. Guide the development of a comprehensive engagement strategy with Native communities, including outreach and ongoing discussions.
