1. GS-14 Specialized Experience at the GS-14:Do you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal service to qualify for the Management and Program Analyst position? Examples of specialized experience would typically include but are not limited to: Assess the impact of organizational, policy and/or functional changes on HRSC, and provide the Executive Director/Program Manager with objective independent assessments/implications. Prepare business case analysis and make recommendations related to execution of such changes, many of which have HRSC wide impact. Recommendations frequently impact institutional priorities and require consideration of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO).

2. Time-in-Grade at the GS-14: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements. For a GS-14 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-13 level. If your most recent non-award SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional non-award SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade.
