9. Serves as a system administrator responsible for providing training to staff members in support of personnel security background investigations.

10. Coordinates with higher level organizations on requirements associated with background investigation systems.

11. Processes agency requests to Pass-Over a Preference Eligible or Object to an Eligible as it relates to suitability.

12. Develops records of evidence in coordination with appropriate courts, law enforcement agency, or other sources to facilitate proposed suitability actions and decisions and to clarify or obtain additional information related to a case.

13. Represents the facility on cases of appeal as applicable.

14. Responsible for the oversight of security programs involving the application of policy guidance, procedures, and methods for the completion of work at various degrees of complexity.
