Assessment 1
To qualify at GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade/band (GS-14 or equivalent) in the Federal service. For this position specialized experience is defined as
Leads project activities to ensure success of the program and accomplishment of priorities and project resources. AND
Oversees the administration of IT contracts and monitors contract performance to ensure the full scope of service detailed in IT contracts. AND
Identifies agency information systems and modernization requirements. AND
Performs the full range of supervisory functions such as; performs position reviews, hears and resolves employee grievances, interviews and selects applicants for positions, determines employee training needs, etc.
