Do you possess at least one year of specialized experience that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-12 level in the Federal service? Specialized experience is defined as experience in all of the following:
(1) evaluating the financial and economic feasibility of debt transactions for commercial/business impact investing activities in developing countries or international emerging markets;
(2) customizing or developing financial models for measuring credit or investment performance; AND
(3) conducting loan underwriting, that includes 3 of the 5 listed tasks, for project finance and/or corporate investment finance in developing countries or international emerging markets:
• corporate and country risk analysis
• financial statement analysis
• creating and analyzing financial projections
• structuring credit facilities
• drafting terms for credit facilities
(1) evaluating the financial and economic feasibility of debt transactions for commercial/business impact investing activities in developing countries or international emerging markets;
