Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in identifying, addressing, and coordinating technical issues relating to library technology and software applications; serving as liaison and primary point of contact to executives and their staffs on all aspects of Library Programs, including collections, research, training, national contracts, and technical support with judiciary library systems; and preparing statements of work, reviewing terms and conditions, and performing contracting officer representative duties.
