Assessment 1
Specialized experience for the CN-52 is defined as one year of experience at the CN-51 level (which is equivalent to the GS-11 level), or equivalent that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized Experience is defined as:
- Experience researching laws, regulations, and policies to analyze, evaluate, and recommend appropriate resolutions to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment and placement issues; AND
- Demonstrated hands on experience as an HR professional in an HR office performing the full scope of the staffing process including all of the following: preparing job analysis, posting job opportunity announcements, performing minimum qualifications, issuing list of highly qualified candidates; AND
- Experience in the development of hiring assessments (i.e., questionnaires, scenarios, narratives, benchmarks).

- Experience drafting hiring assessments for review by supervisor (i.e., questionnaires, scenarios, narratives, benchmarks).

OR You may substitute education for general or specialized experience as follows:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR
