GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this position at the grade 11 level you must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-9 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Demonstrated knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, to projects and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations; experience should include recommending alternatives and/or changes in methods, processes, and techniques to improve program and administrative procedures. Experience using knowledge of work processes, operations, and programs to perform studies and evaluations, and make recommendations for changes and improvements (i.e., financial reporting issues); Experience using knowledge of management principles and processes to perform project management duties and effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives; skill in applying communication techniques sufficient to present plans and proposals convincingly and negotiate.
