(Informational) The Deputy Commissioner for Human Resources contains two (2) Desirable Qualifications for rating and ranking purposes. Submission of the one (1) page narrative is highly recommended to substantiate experience. Please see announcement for additional information.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal human resources laws and regulations.
- Experience working with agency leaders to ensure adherence to policies and procedures set out by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Congress.
